Job Description

You will be joining our Special Purpose Machine Building Team as a skilled and experienced Project Coordinator. Your main responsibility will be to collaborate with Mechanical Design Engineers and Assembly Engineers to ensure the smooth execution of projects. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating project activities, tracking design progress, ensuring timely machine assembly, monitoring project timelines, facilitating communication between teams, maintaining project documentation, identifying risks, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with vendors for procurement. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, along with 5 to 8 years of project coordination experience in manufacturing or engineering. You should have a strong understanding of mechanical design and machine assembly processes, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in project management tools. In this role, you may need to occasionally travel to client sites and manufacturing facilities. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This position at ERL sensors and automation offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative special purpose machines. As the Project Coordinator, you will be crucial in ensuring project milestones are achieved and quality standards are maintained. This is a full-time position with health insurance benefits.
