Job Title: Project Coordinator – Solar Rooftop Projects Location: Pune, India Experience: 2–3 years in similar role (if no experience in solar; freshers preferred) Education: Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage and streamline solar rooftop installations. The ideal candidate will serve as the central link between customers, vendors, site teams, and subcontractors, ensuring timely execution and compliance with government protocols. Key Responsibilities •⁠ ⁠Site-Vendor-Customer Coordination Facilitate smooth communication and alignment between installation teams, material vendors, and clients to ensure project milestones are met. •⁠ ⁠Project Planning & Scheduling Develop and maintain project timelines using tools like Gantt charts; monitor progress and flag delays proactively. •⁠ ⁠Procurement Management Liaise with vendors for timely procurement of solar components; manage purchase orders and inventory tracking. •⁠ ⁠Government Portal Updates Accurately upload project data, documentation, and progress reports on relevant government portals (e.g., PM Surya Ghar Yojana). •⁠ ⁠Subcontractor Coordination Assign tasks, monitor execution, and ensure quality standards are upheld by subcontracted teams.
