Project Coordinator – SPM

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our Special Purpose Machine Building Team. The ideal candidate will work closely with Mechanical Design Engineers and Assembly Engineers to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project activities across design, assembly, and testing phases.
• Liaise with Mechanical Design Engineers to track design progress and resolve issues.
• Work with Assembly Engineers to ensure timely and accurate machine assembly.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure adherence to schedules.
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and coordinate with teams.
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement and timely delivery of components and services

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in project coordination within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical design and machine assembly processes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Work Environment:

• This position may require occasional travel to client sites and manufacturing facilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
