Senior Full Stack Engineer

Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer (React Focus) Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 5+ years Department: Engineering Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React (with Vite) and front-end technologies to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing high-performance web applications, leading feature development, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless digital user experiences. Key Responsibilities: · Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using React, Redux, Hooks , and TypeScript , leveraging modern build tools like Vite. · Collaborate with designers and product managers to implement responsive, intuitive, and aesthetically pleasing UI/UX designs. · Develop and maintain reusable components and front-end libraries for future use. · Handle complex state management and ensure seamless API integrations with backend services. · Work with backend technologies (e.g., Node.js / Python) and databases (SQL/ MongoDB/Elastic). · Perform code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and enforce engineering best practices. · Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and accessibility. · Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests. · Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives. Technical Skills Required: · React.js , Redux , Hooks · Experience building applications using React with Vite as the build tool and development server. · JavaScript , TypeScript · HTML5 , CSS3 , responsive design · State Management. · Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles · Experience with API Integration (RESTful) · Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) Required Qualifications: · 5+ years of experience in full stack or front-end focused development roles. · Solid experience building modern SPAs using React and associated libraries. · Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. · Experience with backend development and integrating front-end components with server-side logic. · Familiarity with modern DevOps practices and cloud environments (Azure). Good to Have: · Experience with Angular or other modern front-end frameworks. · Exposure to AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot , Cursor , etc. · Experience with server-side rendering (e.g., Next.js). · Knowledge of containerization (Docker). · Contributions to open-source projects or active involvement in the developer community.
