Senior Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing backend systems using Python (Flask, FastAPI) to build efficient APIs (REST/GraphQL). Additionally, you will optimize backend performance through techniques like AsyncIO, multithreading, and multiprocessing. As a technical lead, you will oversee project architecture design and technology stack decisions. Your role will also involve creating modern web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Key Responsibilities: - Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices. - Utilize PostgreSQL and MongoDB for database management, optimization, and design. - Deploy and manage applications on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS) and implement CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployment. - Collaborate with UX/UI designers to develop intuitive and responsive user interfaces. - Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives. - Implement cloud-based solutions for high availability and disaster recovery.
