in the Department of CDOE at Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida.
• BTech (CSE/IT)
OR
• MCA with minimum 5 years of experience of handling ERP, CMS, Digital marketing and lead management system, preferably in any leading edtech company
Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge and experience in the following areas:
• JD: Handle lead management platforms (e.g., Meriitto or similar) including lead allocation, tracking, follow-ups, and conversion reporting, Coordinate and integrate channel partner platforms for lead sourcing and admissions reporting, Monitor and analyse performance metrics such as CPL, CPM, lead-to-enrollment ratios, and campaign effectiveness, Support performance management dashboards for marketing, admissions, and academic teams, user Ticketing system & student support system for Edtech platform, Ensure smooth data flow between ERP, CRM, LMS, and marketing tools.
