Position: Technical Manager

Department: Real Estate Valuation (Mortgage Cases – Banks & NBFCs)

Reporting Office: Kolkata Branch (West Bengal Regional Office)

📍 Job Location:

Kolkata Branch Office, Dakkhineshwar

(Just 5 minutes walking distance from Dakkhineshwar Metro Station)

🕒 Working Hours:

11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Work From Office only (No Work From Home)

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation & scrutiny of Real Estate Valuation Reports for Mortgage purpose

• Handling valuation assignments of Banks & NBFCs

• Handling Site inspection Engineers, property document verification & market analysis, Mouza Map - Satellite View Superimposition & Fraud Property Identification

• Ensuring report accuracy, compliance & timely submission

• Coordination with field staff, banks & internal teams regarding technical report related matters

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be Experienced & Skilled in Mortgage Valuation

• Sound knowledge of Land & Building Valuation

• Experience in handling Bank / NBFC valuation formats & guidelines

• Ability to work independently and manage pressure timelines

• Prior experience in valuation firms will only be preferred

Salary & Benefits:

💰 Salary: 20k - 30k in hand (Based on Skills, Knowledge & Experience)
