About the Role

As a Tech Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company’s technology operations, managing the tech team, and ensuring smooth execution of projects across platforms. This role is ideal for professionals who want career growth, ownership, and long-term opportunities in a growing startup.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the technical workforce including developers and support teams

• Plan, execute, and monitor tech projects from concept to deployment

• Ensure system stability, data security, and performance optimization

• Coordinate with management, operations, and marketing teams for tech requirements

• Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery

• Drive innovation and suggest scalable technology solutions

• Maintain documentation, reports, and system workflows

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Tech Manager / Technical Lead

• Strong knowledge of web technologies, databases, and system architecture

• Experience in managing and mentoring a tech workforce

• Ability to work in a startup environment with multitasking capabilities

• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills

• Good communication and coordination abilities
