Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Executive with a background in the marine industry and at least 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical understanding of marine operations, excellent documentation/reporting skills, and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel to support presentations, data analysis, and reporting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support technical documentation, analysis, and coordination of marine operations.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Coordinate with internal teams for maintenance schedules, spares tracking, and vessel performance updates.
• Assist in preparing technical proposals and project documentation.
• Analyze vessel performance data and present actionable insights.
• Maintain accurate records of technical activities and assist in audits and compliance.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers as needed.
• Support procurement team with technical specifications and documentation.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory)

  – preferably in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience in the marine/shipping/offshore industry.
• Strong command over MS Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Charts) and PowerPoint (presentations, animations, formatting).
• Good understanding of vessel operations, technical systems, or ship maintenance processes.
• Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with fleet management systems or marine ERP tools.

Knowledge of international marine safety and compliance standards.
