Experience: 5+ years Location: Pune (Work from Office / In-person) Salary Range: ₹8 LPA to ₹12 LPA Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Product and Delivery Lead to join our team in Pune (in-person) . The ideal candidate will drive the successful delivery of technology solutions, take ownership of product definition and delivery, and manage client engagement through impactful demos and presentations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project execution through Agile practices , and ensure high-quality delivery using tools like Jira and GitHub . Exposure to UI/CSS and modern development practices will be an advantage. Key Responsibilities:Technical Delivery & Leadership Lead end-to-end delivery of software projects. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure architecture, design, and quality standards are met. Drive Agile ceremonies — sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives. Use GitHub for version control (check-in / check-out), code reviews, and collaboration. Monitor technical project health (quality, scope, schedule). Project & Product Ownership Define product vision, roadmap, and backlog in collaboration with stakeholders. Translate client needs into actionable product features and requirements. Prioritize work based on business value and technical feasibility. Prepare and deliver compelling product demos and presentations to clients. Capture client feedback and iterate product improvements. Client Interaction & Communication Act as primary point of contact for project/product discussions. Maintain proactive and transparent communication with clients. Clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Use Excel for reporting, KPI tracking, and project metrics. Create professional PowerPoint presentations for clients and leadership. Tool & Process Adoption Use Jira to manage Agile boards, user stories, tasks, and reporting. Leverage GitHub for source control, CI/CD collaboration, and release management. Work with UI/UX teams and contribute to UI/CSS discussions to ensure great product experience. Advocate for Agile best practices within the team. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field. 5+ years of experience in technical delivery, project leadership, or product ownership roles. Proven track record of delivering successful software products and projects. Hands-on experience with Jira , GitHub , Agile methodologies. Exposure to UI/CSS and understanding of front-end design and experience. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Experience preparing and delivering client-facing product demos . Proficiency in Excel (data analysis, reports) and PowerPoint (client decks). Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Nice to Have: Agile certifications (Scrum PO, Scrum Master, SAFe, etc.) Familiarity with modern cloud platforms and APIs. Experience working with UI/UX designers and customer success teams.
