Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Content Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing a content strategy that communicates complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. You will work closely with our development, product, and marketing teams to create high-quality content that aligns with our brand voice and goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., English Honors, Literature, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience is preferable.
  • Prior experience in technical content creation, content strategy, or technical writing: ideally

    2+ years.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a Scrum environment.
  • Experience with writing about Salesforce technologies, platforms, or implementations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with product documentation


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a content strategy and roadmap for technical documentation, whitepapers, case studies, blogs, API docs, knowledge base, etc.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and marketing teams to gather input and ensure technical accuracy.
  • Write, edit, and maintain content: technical articles, tutorials, developer guides, architecture overviews, release notes, system documentation.
  • Audit existing technical content; identify gaps and update outdated material.
  • Ensure all content is optimized for SEO, discoverability, readability, and user experience.
  • Strong understanding of LLMs and Machine Learning, with the ability to optimize content for visibility across AI-driven platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and other emerging AI search engines.
  • Use metrics and analytics to measure content performance (traffic, engagement, feedback)
  • Create templates and guidelines to ensure consistent structure, style, tone, and formatting.
  • Coordinate content review cycles, manage version control, and enforce content standards.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, relevant tools, and best practices in technical writing, content strategy, and developer experience.
  • Conduct regular content audits to identify gaps and opportunities, and analyze content performance using data to drive recommendations for improvement.


Key Skills Required:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; clarity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand complex technical topics (cloud, architectures, APIs, software development life cycles) and convey them to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Strong content planning and structuring skills.
  • Experience with tools such as Content Management Systems (WordPress, static site generators, etc.), version control (Git), markup languages (Markdown, etc.), documentation tools (Confluence, ReadTheDocs, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of SEO practices for technical content.
  • Analytical mindset: ability to use data (traffic, feedback, content gaps) to guide content decisions.
  • Time management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple content streams/projects.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and take ownership of content initiatives.
