Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented WMS Support Analyst to join our Supply Chain/IT team. The ideal candidate will provide technical and functional support for Manhattan and HighJump Warehouse Management Systems, ensuring system reliability, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of warehouse operations. This role will also be responsible for managing support tickets efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and consistent communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide daily operational support for WMS platforms, primarily Manhattan and HighJump.

Manage and resolve tickets through a ticketing system(eg: FreshService), including logging, categorizing, prioritizing, and tracking issues to resolution.

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve system and integration issues related to warehouse processes.

Work closely with warehouse operations, IT, and third-party vendors to support end-users and maintain system stability.

Perform root cause analysis of system failures and implement corrective actions.

Assist in system upgrades, patching, and configuration changes.

Develop and maintain documentation related to WMS processes, configurations, ticket resolutions, and SOPs.

Support training efforts for end-users on WMS features, system usage, and best practices.

Monitor ticket queues and SLAs to ensure timely response and closure.

Participate in on-call support rotation and provide after-hours support when needed.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including inventory, logistics, transportation, and development teams for WMS-related projects.

Escalate unresolved or high-impact issues to development or vendor support as necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in WMS support roles.

Strong hands-on experience with Manhattan WMS, HighJump WMS, Service Central.

Proven experience managing and resolving tickets using ITSM/ticketing systems (e.g., FreshService).

Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction, debugging, and issue resolution.

Experience with system integrations (ERP, shipping systems, warehouse automation).

Understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain workflows.
