The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, AppDynamics, Site24x7 and AWS. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and performance of critical infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments by effectively utilizing monitoring tools. Collaborate with other technical teams to diagnose and resolve complex incidents or issues. Communication and Stakeholder Management: Regularly communicate with stakeholders to understand monitoring requirements, gather inputs, and identify potential monitoring gaps. Collaborate with teams to define and implement monitoring strategies that meet business needs. Provide timely updates to stakeholders on ongoing incidents, health reports, and any adjustments made to monitoring setups. Continuous Improvement: Review and analyse historical performance data to suggest improvements or optimizations to the monitoring setup. Ensure the monitoring framework evolves with changing technology landscapes, keeping up with new tools or updates in existing tools. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Maintain detailed and organized documentation of monitoring configurations, thresholds, and alerting rules. Share knowledge of monitoring tools, troubleshooting techniques, and best practices with team members.
