Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of the team to ensure performance targets (KPIs) are met.
Assign tasks and monitor team workloads to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Act as a point of contact for escalations and resolve issues efficiently.
Provide coaching, feedback, and support to team members to improve performance.

Maintain reports, dashboards, and data related to team output, productivity, and quality.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes and improve team efficiency.
