Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations of the team to ensure performance targets (KPIs) are met.
  • Assign tasks and monitor team workloads to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Act as a point of contact for escalations and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and support to team members to improve performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate team and individual performance through regular reviews.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate with HR/training teams for employee development.
  • Foster a positive team culture focused on accountability, ownership, and collaboration.
  • Maintain reports, dashboards, and data related to team output, productivity, and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes and improve team efficiency.
