Assist the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
Attending the customer at the site, explaining about the project.
Following up with leads (given to them from the presales team) for the site visits.
Attending walk-in customers. Updating daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Assisting management in marketing activities for lead generation.
Regularly updating and enhancing their skills and market knowledge.
Support the development of sales plans and projections, including budgeting and forecasting.
Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and efficiency.
Resolve any issues that arise during the sales process to maintain positive client relationships.
Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of real estate laws and market dynamics.
Ability to analyze market data and make informed decisions.
