Job Description

 Assist the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.

 Attending the customer at the site, explaining about the project.

 Following up with leads (given to them from the presales team) for the site visits.

 Attending walk-in customers.  Updating daily, weekly and monthly reports.

 Assisting management in marketing activities for lead generation.

 Regularly updating and enhancing their skills and market knowledge.

 Support the development of sales plans and projections, including budgeting and forecasting.

 Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and efficiency.

 Resolve any issues that arise during the sales process to maintain positive client relationships.

 Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

 Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.


Skills:

 Strong negotiation and closing skills.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Knowledge of real estate laws and market dynamics.

 Ability to analyze market data and make informed decisions.

 Strong leadership and team management abilities.
