Job Description

Track KPIs like response time, resolution time, quality scores, and client satisfaction; prepare and deliver performance reports.
Supervise and manage a team of emergency response personnel (EMTs, drivers).
Ensure adherence to response time benchmarks and protocols during emergency calls.
Monitor daily ambulance operations, readiness, and shift schedules.
Conduct regular training, drills, and performance reviews for team members.
Liaise with control room, hospital networks, and local authorities during emergencies.
Ensure all ambulances are adequately equipped, clean, and maintained.
Handle on-ground conflict resolution and escalate critical issues to higher management.
Maintain accurate records of incidents, response times, and operational metrics.
Promote a culture of safety, efficiency, and compassion in all field operations.
Perform audits and surprise checks to ensure compliance with SOPs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
