Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Team Lead to manage and drive our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in property sales, and the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Key Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve assigned sales targets. Generate leads through various channels and ensure follow-up and closure. Guide the team in client meetings, site visits, and deal negotiations. Manage end-to-end sales processes including client handling, property presentations, and closing deals. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase project sales performance. Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Coordinate with marketing and pre-sales teams for lead management and campaign support. Track and report team performance using sales metrics and dashboards. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's product and market knowledge. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 3–6 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1–2 years in a team lead/supervisory role. Strong understanding of Pune’s real estate market and project sales cycle. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
