Job Description

Job Summary:

Team Leader Recovery & Collections

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and motivate the recovery & collections team to achieve monthly targets.
Monitor portfolio performance and strategize actions to minimize NPAs and delinquencies.
Allocate cases to team members and track follow-ups on overdue accounts.
Handle escalated cases and negotiate settlements with customers.
Coordinate with legal and external agencies for recovery actions when necessary.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of collection activities and MIS updates.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Maintain compliance with RBI and company guidelines on collection practices.
Train and guide team members to improve collection efficiency and professionalism.
