Job Description

Team Leadership & Supervision

Manage, train, and motivate a team of collection officers/agents.
Allocate accounts and monitor performance across the assigned area.

Collection Operations

Ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments from customers.
Implement effective collection strategies to minimize delinquency.
Handle escalated cases and negotiate settlements when required.

Compliance & Reporting

Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of collection activities.
Prepare and present periodic reports on collection performance.

Customer Interaction

Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
Address disputes or grievances in a fair and compliant manner.

Process Improvement
Identify gaps in collection processes and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with other departments (sales, credit, legal) to streamline operations.
