Cluster Portfolio Manager

The ideal candidate for the position should have at least 7 years of experience in the NBFC sector, specifically in managing collections of MSME Loan Products such as MSME Loan, LAP Loan, and Mortgage Loan. It is crucial for the candidate to possess a deep understanding of various legal tools available in the NBFC sector and be well-versed in the process of their execution. In addition to collection management, the candidate should also have experience in portfolio management and team management. The responsibilities will include portfolio management, conducting collection visits on OD & ED cases, and liaising with administrative departments for the quick execution of Sec. 138 warrants & EP warrants. The ideal candidate should come from the same domain - MSME/Business/LAP/Mortgage Loans, with relevant experience in Collections. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams are essential for success in this role.
