Cluster Portfolio Manager

You have 7+ years of experience in the NBFC sector and possess in-depth knowledge of various legal tools available in the industry. Your role will involve managing collections of MSME Loan Products such as MSME Loan, LAP Loan, and Mortgage Loan. You will be responsible for portfolio management, team management, and conducting collection visits on OD & ED cases. It is essential that you have prior experience in the same domain of MSME/Business/LAP/Mortgage Loans with a focus on collections. Additionally, you should be able to effectively liaise with administrative departments to ensure quick execution of Sec. 138 warrants and EP warrants. **Key Responsibilities:** - Utilize your expertise in legal tools to execute collection processes efficiently. - Manage collections of MSME Loan Products including MSME Loan, LAP Loan, and Mortgage Loan. - Oversee portfolio management and lead a team in achieving collection targets. - Conduct visits for collections on OD & ED cases. - Collaborate with administrative departments to expedite the execution of Sec. 138 warrants & EP warrants. **Qualifications Required:** - At least 7 years of experience in the NBFC sector. - Strong understanding of legal tools in the industry. - Proven track record in managing collections of MSME Loan Products. - Prior experience in portfolio and team management. - Background in MSME/Business/LAP/Mortgage Loans with a focus on collections.
