We Are Hiring Field Collection Officer/Manager
Company - Maxemo Capital (NBFC)
Key Responsibilities:
Develop & implement collection strategies for unsecured business loan portfolios
Monitor collections across 0–30, 31–90 & 90+ DPD buckets & Writeoff cases
Generate MIS reports & dashboards for management
Ensure strict compliance with RBI guidelines & company policies
Qualifications & Experience:
1+ years of experience in unsecured field collections
Strong knowledge of collection tools, legal procedures & NBFC operations
