Role Overview: Collection Specialist You will be responsible for assisting customers with repayment guidance, explaining loan terms, and resolving queries in a professional and empathetic manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate loan details such as due dates, repayment amounts, interest/charges, etc. Guide customers on available payment modes and how to make payments. Resolve customer queries related to loan disbursal and repayments. Maintain clear, polite, and effective communication during calls.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Any full-time Undergraduate Degree Prior calling experience is an added advantage Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle customer interactions with patience and clarity Must be proficient in English and Hindi

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
