This role blends operational leadership with strategic client engagement, ensuring seamless hiring processes and top-tier service delivery. 🔑 Key Responsibilities 👥 Team Management - Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists - Set daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching - Drive productivity and ensure timely closures of open positions 🤝 Client Management - Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients - Understand client hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions - Handle escalations and ensure client satisfaction - Build long-term relationships to foster repeat business 📊 Operations & Delivery - Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding - Monitor KPIs and recruitment metrics to ensure delivery excellence - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align hiring strategies - Forecast hiring demands and allocate resources accordingly 📚 Training & Development - Design onboarding and upskilling programs for new and existing team members - Promote a high-performance culture through continuous learning Compliance responsibility encompasses ensuring an organization adheres to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies through functions like risk assessment, policy development, monitoring, and reporting. While senior management holds ultimate accountability, a compliance officer's key duties include identifying legal and ethical standards, implementing controls, training employees, conducting audits, and advising the business to mitigate risk and maintain financial stability and reputation.  🧠 Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field - 5–10 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 5 years in a managerial role - Strong client handling and stakeholder management skills - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities - Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) 💰 Compensation - Competitive salary + performance incentives - Benefits: Health insurance, paid time off, and professional development support
