Job Title: Lubricant Sales Manager (Industrial Sales) Location: Delhi/ NCR Experience: Minimum 5 years in industrial lubricant sales Industry: Lubricants / Industrial Oils / B2B Industrial Products Reporting To: Regional Sales Head / National Sales Manager Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Lubricant Sales Manager to lead our industrial sales operations. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of industrial lubricants, strong B2B sales skills, and proven experience in developing key customer relationships in the manufacturing, engineering, or heavy machinery sectors.   Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets in the industrial segment. Identify and target potential clients in industries such as manufacturing, steel, textile, engineering, power, etc. Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and end-users. Conduct technical presentations, product demos, and trials at customer sites. Collaborate with the technical team to offer customized lubricant solutions. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities. Manage the sales pipeline, reporting, and forecasting through CRM tools. Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain credit discipline. Train and support distributors/sales representatives in the assigned territory.   Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial lubricant sales. Strong technical understanding of lubricants, applications, and maintenance practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Familiarity with B2B industrial selling, tendering process, and pricing strategies. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.   Preferred Candidates: Those with prior experience in companies like Castrol, Shell, HPCL, Gulf, Total, or similar. Candidates with an existing industrial customer network in the region. Experience in dealing with maintenance teams, plant managers, and purchase heads.   Salary & Benefits:  Based on company standards + performance incentives + travel allowance + other perks
