Job Description


-Drive key account mining and manage profitability across assigned sectors.

-Stay updated on industry trends, company structures, emerging recruitment

technologies, and competition through networking and research. Have an in-depth

understanding of verticals handled through various networking forums.

-Design and implement search plans, mapping, and headhunting strategies to attract

top talent.

-Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, technical screening, interview

coordination, salary negotiation, closure and follow up with the offered candidate till

the joining.

- Partner with hiring managers and key decision-makers to understand staffing needs

with detailed job descriptions and skill requirements and ensure seamless hiring.

- Monitor and improve team performance through regular analysis and feedback.

-Mentor, groom, and build a high-performing, profitable recruitment team.

-Ensure adherence to recruitment best practices, policies, and efficient service

delivery.

-Acquire new clients and expand business opportunities through effective relationship

management.

- Utilize recruitment tools and technologies to streamline process and improve

candidate and Client experience
