Role & responsibilities

Area Sales Manager (ASM) (5 to 12 years)/ Area Sales Executive (ASE) (2 to 6 years)

  • Drive primary and secondary sales across assigned territory.
  • Develop and manage a strong network of distributors, dealers, and retailers.
  • Plan and execute market expansion and channel development strategies.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
  • Ensure timely collections and resolution of channel partner issues.
  • Conduct regular market visits and ensure in-market execution and visibility.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, logistics, finance) for smooth operations.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and willing to travel extensively.
  • Proficiency in MS tools, reporting tools, and basic CRM systems is a plus.
