Job Description

  • New client acquisition and Key account mining within India
  • Responsible for the P&L of the respective sectors
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, manage a strong sales pipeline, and deliver on revenue targets through effective client engagement.
  • To identify and deliver customized solutions to business problems and streamlines processes
  • To invest in knowledge management of various industries and have an in-depth understanding of verticals handled through various networking forums.
  • Stay abreast of competition, industry practices and opportunities in recruitment business
  • Get engaged in social media activities to attract clients and opportunities in recruitment business
  • Providing insight, market intelligence and counsel regarding industry verticals to team members
  • Prepare and monitor progress on business plan and any other duty as assigned by the reporting manager
