>>About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫 to oversee and manage large-scale government projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and project management skills to ensure successful delivery of complex IT initiatives. This role requires strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

>>Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end execution of government IT projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with government standards, policies, and security protocols.
• Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and present updates to senior management.
• Drive process improvements and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Mentor and guide team members to achieve project goals effectively

>>Required Qualifications & Experience:

Educational Qualification:

• B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering + MBA/PGDM from a recognized institution.

Experience:

• 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐦 𝟏𝟓+ 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐈𝐓 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭.
• 𝐀𝐭 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝟓+ 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐠𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬.

• Strong understanding of government processes and compliance requirements.
• Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, etc.).
