Job Title: Outbound Sales Team Leader Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad Department: Sales & Business Development Company: Franchise World   About Franchise World: Franchise World is one of India’s fastest-growing franchise development and consulting companies. We work with leading national and international brands across retail, F&B, home appliances, automotive, and other sectors, helping them scale through structured franchise models and strong investor networks.   Role Overview: We are hiring a driven and experienced Outbound Sales Team Leader to lead our lead conversion and telesales team. This role is focused on converting investor inquiries into successful franchise closures. The ideal candidate must have proven leadership in telesales and strong expertise in handling high-value business deals over phone-based interactions.   Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership Lead and manage a team of 5–10 outbound telesales executives. Assign daily tasks, track call quality, and ensure consistent lead follow-ups. Set and monitor KPIs, motivate the team to meet and exceed targets. Sales Execution Guide the team in converting inbound and outbound leads into franchise sales. Take ownership of key leads and high-value closures when necessary. Ensure proper CRM usage, follow-up discipline, and conversion-focused approach. Achieve both individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis. Training & Performance Improvement Conduct training on pitch delivery, objection handling, and product knowledge. Listen to call recordings, provide feedback, and continuously improve team quality. Process Ownership Maintain accurate records of lead stages, conversations, and status updates in CRM. Coordinate with the marketing, onboarding, and documentation teams for seamless handovers. Reporting & Analysis Analyze daily/weekly sales reports, team productivity, and conversion ratios. Present insights to management and recommend improvements in process or pitch strategy.   Candidate Profile: Graduate in any discipline (MBA is a plus). Minimum 5–7 years of total experience in sales, with at least 4 years in a team lead role. Background in franchising, real estate, financial consulting, BPO, or high-ticket sales preferred. Excellent team management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. Proficient in CRM tools like Zoho, Lead Squared, or HubSpot. Strong command of English, Hindi, and Telugu; knowledge of additional Indian languages is a plus.   Compensation & Benefits: CTC: ₹5.0 – ₹6.0 LPA (Fixed) Incentives: Performance-based (individual and team targets) Growth path into senior sales and regional leadership roles   Work Environment: Work Type: Full-time, Work from Office Only Days: Monday to Saturday Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
