Inside Sales Team Leader

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Inside Sales Executives to consistently achieve individual and team sales targets.
Develop, implement, and refine effective sales strategies to maximize customer outreach, lead conversion, and overall sales efficiency.
Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, ensuring meticulous tracking and timely follow-ups by the team.
Conduct regular coaching and training sessions to enhance the team's counseling, communication, and conversion skills.
Oversee and execute sales campaigns successfully.
Ensure adherence to key performance indicators (KRAs) relevant to a Team Leader role within the BPO/Education industry.

Core Sales Function:

Sales background/Education will be recommended.
Receiving In-bound calls and counseling for Medical and Engineering preparation.
Out-bond calls as per the leads receive from support team (Marketing, Admin-support).
Should have the capability to judge the requirements of the students and should be able to convert into admission.
