Role: Team Lead Fintech Inbound Process | Customer Support

Location:

Key Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Support (Inbound Process)
At least 1.5 years of experience as Team Lead (on papers)
Graduate (mandatory)
Comfortable with rotational shifts
6 days working with 1 day rotational off
Immediate joiners preferred
