Job Description

We're looking for a motivated Customer Support Executive (CSE) to join our International Voice Process team. If you're fluent in English and enjoy helping customers, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Key Responsibilities: Handle calls and provide exceptional customer support. Assist customers with product/service inquiries, technical issues, and general inquiries. Provide accurate information and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Maintain high customer satisfaction levels while adhering to quality standards. Work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Requirements: Fluency in English is a must. Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude. Prior experience in a customer support role (preferable but not required). Ability to work in rotational shifts . Virtual interview process. What We Offer: Competitive salary range: 18,000 to 33,000 CTC. 5 working days with 2 days off per week. Great opportunities for career advancement.
