The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate travel bookings, excellent knowledge of the UK market, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for managing travel requirements for corporate clients, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation, ensuring cost-effective and efficient travel solutions. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end corporate travel bookings for clients, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and ancillary services within the UK and internationally. Understand client travel policies and budgets to offer tailored travel solutions. Use Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo for bookings and itinerary management. Liaise with airlines, hotels, and other travel vendors to negotiate rates and ensure timely service delivery. Provide proactive support and advice on travel options, including visa, travel insurance, and local travel requirements. Handle incoming calls and emails from corporate clients, offering quick, accurate, and efficient booking services. Ensure compliance with company and client travel policies and procedures. Resolve travel-related issues and emergencies promptly, maintaining excellent client relationships. Maintain detailed travel records and prepare reports on travel spend and booking patterns. Achieve individual and team sales targets through upselling and cross-selling additional travel services. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate/business travel consultancy, preferably with a UK market focus. Proficient in using GDS systems, preferably Amadeus. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Strong knowledge of UK geography, airports, and corporate travel trends. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good negotiation and persuasion skills with a customer-oriented mindset. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
