This niche HRTech space is attracting attention from candidates who love challenges and want to learn new things every day in a product R&D environment.About the Role:The Talent Management Solutions Consultant plays a key role in helping clients understand how Engagedly’s platform—and our intelligent agent, Marissa AI—drive measurable business outcomes.This role bridges the gap between product expertise, project management, and HR strategy, ensuring that every client interaction highlights the value of Engagedly’s integrated suite for performance, engagement, learning, and talent mobility.You’ll work closely with Client HR Leaders, Sales, Product, Account Management, and Support to design and deliver tailored onboarding experiences, drive user adoption and ongoing usage, guide solution design conversations, and position Engagedly as a strategic partner in modernizing HR and people operations.Core Responsibilities:
  • Understand client challenges, goals, and success criteria and demonstrate how Engagedly supports the client’s strategy.
  • Translate business needs into Engagedly platform solutions across modules like Goals, Feedback, Learning, Surveys, and Analytics.
  • Deliver high-impact product demonstrations and training sessions.
  • Collaborate with Product and Implementation teams to ensure solution accuracy and seamless client transitions.
  • Contribute to product/training documentation, and configuration support when needed.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects and internal teams, bringing deep knowledge of HR tech trends
Key Skills & Competencies:
HR Systems & Technical Knowledge
  • Must have had 2+ years in HR/Talent Management roles with experience in running employee performance management, learning & development or onboarding areas.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS technology and HR systems (HCM, HRIS, ATS, L&D, or Performance Management).
  • Ability to translate technical functionality into business value through understanding of inner workings of HR Teams.
  • Experience with platform configuration, data integrations (SSO, APIs), and workflow design.
  • Experience using CRM and project management tools such as Hubspot, and Jira. And design/training programs such as Arcade, Canva, and Loxo.
Communication
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Deliver timely and thoughtful responses to client emails.
  • Experience leading client-facing trainings or solution workshops.
  • Ability to engage senior HR and IT leaders.
Analytical & Strategic Thinking
  • Skilled in identifying pain points and guiding clients to best practice and ideal use cases.
  • Comfortable using data and analytics to tell a performance or engagement story.
  • Understanding of AI in HR and its implications for talent, engagement, and performance.
