Role Overview:

We are looking for a versatile recruiter who can manage end-to-end hiring for both technical and non-technical positions. This role requires strong sourcing skills, a good understanding of modern technology roles, and the ability to hire for corporate functions like sales, marketing, HR, finance, and operations. You will work closely with hiring managers across departments to ensure the organization attracts and hires the best talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements for both technical and non-technical positions.
  
• Source and attract candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, networking, social media, and niche platforms (e.g., GitHub, Behance).
  
• Screen candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit; conduct initial technical and functional assessments where applicable.
  
• Manage the entire recruitment process from requisition to offer closure.
  
• Maintain talent pipelines for recurring and critical positions.
  
• Negotiate salary packages and employment terms with selected candidates.
  
• Track, analyze, and present hiring metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline status).
  
• Coordinate interview schedules, feedback, and communication between candidates and stakeholders.
  
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience and uphold employer branding during the hiring process.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  
• 2 to 7 years of experience in recruitment covering both tech and non-tech roles.
  
• Solid understanding of technical skills, IT job roles, and corporate function requirements.
  
• Expertise in

  Boolean search

  and sourcing strategies across multiple platforms.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously with a sense of urgency.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with recruitment analytics and reporting.
