Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition (IT & Non-IT):

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle for positions in both

    IT (Software Developers, Cloud Engineers, Data Scientists, QA, etc.)

    and

    Non-IT (Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations, Customer Support, etc.)

    .
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, design job descriptions, and define selection criteria.
  • Source candidates using various channels: Job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster), employee referrals, social media, campus drives, and direct headhunting.

Screening & Selection:

  • Conduct initial resume screening and telephonic/face-to-face interviews.
  • Assess candidates on technical skills (for IT roles) and behavioral fit.
  • Coordinate technical assessments and interviews with the business team or technical panel.
  • Negotiate offers and communicate effectively with candidates through the process.

Recruitment Strategy & Metrics:

  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for high-demand roles.
  • Track and report recruitment KPIs: Time to hire, offer acceptance rate, sourcing effectiveness, etc.
  • Provide recommendations to improve sourcing channels and employer branding.

Documentation & Compliance:

  • Ensure all candidate data, interview notes, and offers are documented in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Manage offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding process coordination.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Experience:

    26 years of recruiting experience covering both IT and Non-IT roles.
  • Technical Knowledge (for IT roles):

    Understanding of software development lifecycle, basic knowledge of technologies (Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, Data Science, DevOps, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of Non-IT roles: Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Admin, Customer Support, etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple hiring priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Certification in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition (like AIRS, LinkedIn Certified Recruiter) is a plus.
