Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates using job portals, social media, and other platforms.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess suitability.
  • Schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Maintain candidate records and update ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree (BBA, B.Com, BA, etc.) HR specialization is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills (spoken and written English).
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment or HR concepts (training will be provided).
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a remote setup.
