Job Description

Job Title:

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing candidates using job portals, social media, and other platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess suitability.
Schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain candidate records and update ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree (BBA, B.Com, BA, etc.) HR specialization is a plus.
Strong communication skills (spoken and written English).
Basic knowledge of recruitment or HR concepts (training will be provided).
Good time management and organizational skills.
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a remote setup.

Fixed working hours: 2 PM to 10 PM IST (Mon–Fri).
