Job Summary:

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
  • Source and screen candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate fit.
  • Assist with campus hiring, job fairs, and walk-in interviews.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Generate recruitment reports and analytics as needed.
  • Support employer branding and social media recruitment efforts.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); exposure to ATS or HRMS tools is a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
  • Passion for connecting with people and building professional relationships.
