The Opportunity:
This is not your average recruitment role. We are seeking a versatile and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end-to-end hiring process across our entire group of companies. You will be a strategic partner to the founders and leadership, responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring a diverse range of talent – from persuasive Business Development Managers for our hotels to skilled Software Developers, creative Writers, and dedicated on-ground operational staff.

Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process for all our ventures, including creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, scheduling further rounds, and managing the offer process.
Diverse Role Management: Skillfully navigate the unique requirements of hiring for:
Hospitality, Sales & Corporate Roles (Travinities, Home Escape): Business Development Managers (BDMs), Tele-callers, Accountants.
Operational Roles (Home Escape): Caretakers, Cleaners, and other ground staff.
Creative Roles (Idea Man): Talent Managers, Content Writers, Editors.
Technical Roles (Make My Payment): Front-end Developers, Back-end Developers, UI/UX Designers.
Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to find top talent. Utilize a mix of channels including job portals (Naukri, Indeed), professional networks (LinkedIn), employee referrals, social media, and local community outreach for operational roles.
Candidate Experience: Champion a best-in-class candidate experience, ensuring every applicant is treated with respect and professionalism, regardless of the hiring outcome.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with founders and hiring managers to understand their needs, define role requirements, and build a robust interview process. Act as a trusted advisor on all things related to talent acquisition.
Talent Pipelining: Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Reporting & Metrics: Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Who You Are (Qualifications & Skills):
Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience in a talent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting role. Agency or in-house experience is welcome.
Versatility: Demonstrated ability to successfully recruit for a wide variety of roles, including technical, sales, and non-corporate positions. This is a must-have.
Sourcing Expert: Hands-on experience with various sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean searches) and familiarity with different hiring platforms.
Exceptional Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and senior leadership.
Highly Organized: Superb organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Self-Starter: A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient with MS Office/Google Suite and comfortable learning new recruitment software or an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Bonus Points:
Experience hiring in a startup environment or for a group of companies.
Familiarity with the talent landscape in Madhya Pradesh.
Experience building a recruitment process from scratch.
