Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Hospitality, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–6 years of experience in real estate, hospitality expansion, leasing, or franchise development.
  • Proven track record of B2B negotiations and closures.
  • Strong knowledge of property laws, lease structures, and contracting.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work on-ground in different locations.
