Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive with 1–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. In this role, you will manage the complete hiring cycle — from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews, extending offers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, feedback coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define role-specific hiring needs.
• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, etc.), social media, referrals, and headhunting.
• Shortlist and screen candidates through telephonic or video interviews to assess fitment for the role and culture.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and interview panels.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Manage and negotiate salary discussions within company budget and guidelines.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.
• Prepare recruitment reports and analytics as required by management.

Knowledge & Experience Required:

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in managing end to end Talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coordination and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
