Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Technology and Engineering positions, such as Software Development, Infrastructure, DevOps, Data Engineering, Hardware, Mechanical, Electrical, and related areas.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, technical competencies, and team culture.
• Create and implement sourcing strategies leveraging job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and advanced search techniques.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure strong alignment with organizational needs.
• Oversee the offer stage, including negotiations, and secure hires within set timelines.
• Maintain a proactive pipeline for hard-to-fill and critical roles.
• Ensure a professional and engaging candidate experience throughout the process.
• Monitor and report recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and source effectiveness.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of recruitment experience, with a strong emphasis on Technology and Engineering hiring.
• Demonstrated success in closing niche and senior-level technical roles.
• Proficient in sourcing tools, recruitment platforms, and Boolean/X-Ray search methods.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnership capabilities.
• Immediate availability preferred; candidates with up to 15 days’ notice will be prioritized.
