A leading pan-Asian hybrid, hyperscale, and edge data solutions provider is seeking an experienced AVP – HR, Talent Acquisition & Administration to lead its HR operations in India and oversee recruitment across APAC. Key Responsibilities: Lead HR and administration strategy in India, ensuring alignment with business goals. Drive talent acquisition initiatives across India, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Taiwan. Oversee end-to-end HR functions: manpower planning, C&B, L&D, performance and talent management, and compliance. Manage employee engagement, organizational culture, and leadership development programs. Provide strategic HR partnership to senior leadership and deliver data-driven insights. Qualifications: 20+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years in a senior managerial role. Proven expertise in Indian labor laws, regional recruitment, and HR operations. Strong background in telecom/data center or tech-driven environments. Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
