Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the

    full recruitment lifecycle

    : job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing offers
  • Build and maintain

    talent pipelines

    for recurring and niche roles
  • Source candidates through

    LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media, referrals, and networking

  • Partner with clients and internal teams to understandhiring requirements

    and deliver within timelines
  • Negotiate offers and support smooth onboarding
  • Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems

Requirements

  • 13 years of experience in

    talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR hiring

    (agency or in-house)
  • Proven ability to source and recruit candidates across functions and industries
  • Strong communication, networking, and relationship management skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple roles at once
  • Based in Mumbai |

    Immediate joiner preferred
