We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing recruiting agency in Mumbai. This is a fast-paced role where you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process across industries including technology, finance, operations, marketing, and creative. Youll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while building strong pipelines for current and future roles. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle : job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing offers Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and niche roles Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media, referrals, and networking Partner with clients and internal teams to understandhiring requirements and deliver within timelines Negotiate offers and support smooth onboarding Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems Requirements 13 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR hiring (agency or in-house) Proven ability to source and recruit candidates across functions and industries Strong communication, networking, and relationship management skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple roles at once Based in Mumbai | Immediate joiner preferred Show more Show less
