Job Description

Key responsibilities area:-

Strategic Talent Acquisition Leadership

  • Design, implement, and manage talent acquisition strategies aligned with business expansion and workforce plans.
  • Partner with business heads and HR leadership to forecast talent needs and deliver effective hiring solutions.
  • Build recruitment roadmaps and quarterly hiring dashboards aligned with business priorities.
  • Drive leadership, technical, and niche talent hiring for corporate, field, and plant operations roles.

Recruitment Operations Management

  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle job design, sourcing, assessment, offer, and onboarding.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners.
  • Maintain consistency and quality in hiring processes using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRMS tools.
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions and hiring efficiency across functions.

Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline Development

  • Strengthen Husk Powers employer brand through digital platforms, social media, and campus partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for future needs.
  • Manage campus engagement programs with engineering institutes and management schools.
  • Represent Husk at career fairs, industry events, and HR forums.

Recruitment Analytics & Reporting

  • Generate and analyze recruitment metrics time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, diversity ratios, and quality-of-hire.
  • Present monthly hiring dashboards and insights to the Associate Director and leadership team.
  • Use data-driven insights to improve efficiency and decision-making.

Stakeholder Engagement & Compliance

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and evaluation criteria.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, data protection standards, and internal policies.
  • Manage recruitment vendors, negotiate terms, and monitor performance SLAs.
  • Support onboarding and integration of new hires to ensure a seamless employee experience.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate/Postgraduate from a

    reputed institute

    (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
  • 34 years of hands-on experience in

    talent acquisition/recruitment

    .
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving attitude with a focus on delivering results.
  • Proficiency in using ATS, HRMS, and sourcing tools.
