Saturday - half day

We are looking for smart individuals who will identify and hire top talent for our clients. Ideally you are someone who:

1. Enjoys challenges and problem solving

2. Wants to do a non-routine job

3. Works with high levels of ownership and commitment

4. Have been and want to be a high performer

Responsibilities

• Understand the hiring requirements, ask the "right" questions to clarify
• Source, screen and evaluate relevant candidates
• Build talent groups and communities
• Analytics, dashboards, and more
• Client Delight - Own the hiring process for the specified accounts, solve their hiring issues

Must have requirements

• Hunger for success
• 1-3 years of relevant recruitment experience, in a recruitment firm
• Exposure to the complete hiring life cycle
• In depth knowledge of various hiring methodologies, tools and platforms
• Ownership mindset
• Problem solver
• Good communication skills - spoken and written
