Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Engineering Manager to oversee the

successful delivery of multiple technology products and projects. This role requires strong

leadership, deep technical expertise, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams. You will

play a pivotal role in aligning engineering execution with business objectives and delivering value to stakeholders.

Location: Pune (work from office)

Key Responsibilities:

Product Delivery & Management:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of technical products, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and quality.
  • Define delivery plans, milestones, and allocate resources appropriately.
  • Monitor progress and proactively identify and manage risks and issues.

Technical Leadership:

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
  • Ensure compliance with architectural standards, coding best practices, and quality assurance processes.
  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to design scalable and robust solutions.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Act as the primary liaison with the US-based Delivery Lead.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable technical deliverables.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies clearly and regularly to all stakeholders.

Team Coordination:

  • Manage cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and product owners.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
  • Conduct regular stand-ups, retrospectives, and performance reviews.
  • Define and track team performance metrics.

Process Improvement:

  • Utilize performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, DevOps).
  • Promote and implement best practices in software development and product management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in software development and delivery.
  • 8+ years of experience in technical leadership or delivery management roles.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies,

Continuous Delivery, and DevOps practices.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proven experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS.
  • Hands-on experience in technologies such as .NET, Python, PHP, Snowflake, and AI- related

tools.
