Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Engineering Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience to lead our team in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and management, with excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the development and implementation of engineering projects.
Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Analyze and resolve technical issues and problems.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.
Minimum 8 years of experience in engineering management or a related field.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and technologies.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
